Big Grove Brewery, renowned for its award-winning flagship beers like Easy Eddy Hazy IPA and Citrus Surfer Citrus Wheat, is expanding to open a full-scale taproom and restaurant in Omaha. This marks its fifth location, becoming a cornerstone in Catalyst at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
